Key learnings to become a successful organisation

Governance and Finances -The network gathered for another week's training session to improve our skill sets and develop a better understanding of our future possibilities. 

First we analysed the current financial models within the network and created visions for possible future scenario set ups, that improve the sustainability of association.

We looked at the 4  powers of governance within our associations.  To both identify the current structure and identify possible alterations to find more sound practices. After an intense day we can conclude that there is room for improvement in our collective enterprises!
