Placemaking guide completed
– Through the years we understood that it is the human context that affects the design process much more than circumstances of space or materials.
The reflection comes from Architettura a kilometro zero during the staff training course on Placemaking. We have looked at allt the partners different approaches, lessons and aspirations on people-led development. By using the experiences from Bi0n I, the training conclude some ways for the partners to improve the placemaking process and further strengthen people-led development.
The three key suggestions for improvement are
Developing a clear strategy for the partnership
Identify the aspect of time in building the relations required
Further develop your organisation to remain adaptive as a mindset, and adaptive as a collaborative partner.
